The holiday house Bozica – How it all started …

1902 – The holiday house Bozica for your family holiday on the island of Krk in Croatia was built in the typical Mediterranean style at the beginning of the 20th century (1902), at that time Croatia still belonged to the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. After the owner had moved out, he used the house as a barn for two years.

Early 2000 – the family Lucic bought the house.

And then …

… followed a complete coring, renovation and furnishing with all amenities. A ceiling, a spacious spiral staircase, and floors of granite replaced the old wooden ceiling, stairs and floors. In the bedrooms you decided for the parquet. The roof was covered again, and you also immediately installed an air conditioning system. All windows and doors now have an integrated insect protection for retraction and retraction.

On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms each for 2 persons, a large bathroom with shower, WC and 2 sinks, an anteroom with LED TV and a 3-seater sofa. There is also an ironing room in which guests can store luggage. A person can also sleep on the sofa when in need. From here there is access to the upper terrace overlooking the garden, one to the upper entrance from the car park, as well as access via the spiral staircase to the ground floor.

Via the spiral staircase one enters the large open lower living area. The ground floor is partly a bit deeper than the property. This has an advantage because it is cooler in the summer. On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen with a bar and an upscale interior. There is a large dining table in front of the fireplace. A large living area and a LED TV invite you to relax. The living area offers enough space for two people. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with bathtub (elevated position), WC and 2 sinks. On the one side, next to the kitchen, there is access to the lower terrace with garden. And directly opposite is an entrance, which leads to the lockable gate and parking lot.
